This User Guide will walk you through every step, from creating an account to receiving your shipment, so you can source with confidence.
 

1. Account Setup

Getting started is simple:
1.Visit the Dealsavvy Global registration page.
2.Enter your name, email, and password.
3.Confirm your email address through the verification link.
4.Provide your card details for security and payment verification.
 
Once your account is active, you can browse products and participate in auctions or direct purchases.
 

2. Find Products you need

Explore our constantly updated inventory:

Categories: Easily find products sorted by type, including Home Goods, Tools & DIY, Automotive Electronics, Toys, and Housewares.

Shipment Types: Filter by delivery type, such as pallets, mini truckloads, half truckloads, or full truckloads.

Buy Now & Auctions: Some products are available for immediate purchase, while others are sold through live auctions.

 

3. Product Conditions

Brand New: Items that are unused and in original packaging.
Customer Returns / Overstock: Previously returned or clearance items. These may have minor signs of use but are sold as-is.
Always review the product details and shipment type before placing a bid or buying.
 
 

4. Bidding on Auctions

To place a bid:
1.Log in to your account.
2.Go to the auction listing you’re interested in.
3.Enter the amount you want to bid and confirm.
 
Auction rules:
Bids must be placed manually; there is no automatic bidding system.
If a bid is placed within the last minute of the auction, the time will extend by 5 minutes to allow fair competition.
Winning bidders must pay immediately; failure to pay by midnight will result in automatic cancellation and potential account restrictions.
 

5. Making a Direct Purchase

Some items are available to buy immediately without bidding:
1.Browse the listings and add items to your cart.
2.Complete payment using your card at checkout.
3.Orders are processed and dispatched promptly once payment is received.
 

6. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via our trusted shipping partner:
Delivery Type: Pallets, mini truckloads, half truckloads, and full truckloads.
Unloading: All deliveries are curbside with a tail lift. Buyers must have a hand pump truck to unload safely.
Timing: Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation. Multiple shipments may be necessary for large orders.
Please ensure your receiving location is prepared for delivery and unloading.
 

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.
Returns and refunds are not available.
Ensure you review all product details and shipment types before bidding or purchasing.
